Calls are sent to the agent by setting AI Voice Agent as a routing destination on a Number or Number Pool enabled with FollowMe Routing, or Key Press Routing. This resource is the context the agent uses on those calls — for example the greeting, hours, services, and contact details it can share with the caller. business_name is required before a Number or Number Pool can be routed to AI Voice Agent. Any field omitted from the request is left unchanged.
